DairyExperts works with dairies ranging in size from 1,000 to 50,000 cows and calf raising facilities housing up to 100,000 animals. In these farms the people who make decisions are not the same as the people who does the work. However, both require information, education and training. Dairy farm owners need to be updated on business management topics; dairy managers need to be educated in best management practices, how to organize work and monitor workers; and workers must be educated and trained.
